1. Practice waking up in the morning. Get up early every morning and walk for 30-40 minutes. Remember there is no better exercise than walking. It will keep the mind and body fresh.

 

2. Develop moderate eating habits, eating more or less is both harmful to health. Increase fibrous foods (such as vegetables and fruits) on the food list. Reduce fatty foods. Completely stop fried and fast food.

 

3. Drink at least 10-12 glasses of water every day. Drink warm water with lemon and honey at the beginning of the day. Drink water at least one to two hours after the meal without drinking too much water.

 

4. Less eating meat (beef, buffalo, and goat meat), sweets, ghee, etc.

 

5. Put more fruits and vegetables on the food list. You can eat a little more often than eating more than once. Try to include two types of vegetables and one fruit in each meal.

 

6. Eat a raw vegetable salad every time you eat. Eat only fresh vegetables. Eat cooked food immediately, never eat stale food

10. Should be eaten early at night. Make it a habit to go to bed at least two to three hours after eating.

 

11. Get in the habit of getting 8 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Regular and moderate sleep is required for good health and figure. Get out of the habit of sleeping during the day and get into the habit of sleeping early at night. Wear loose clothing before going to bed at night.
