So to do this you first need to dial * 247 #.

Then you will see that a new additional option has been added called Reset Pin and it is at number 9. Now reply with 9.

First of all, give here the number with which you registered the account with your NID card or driving license or passport.

Then you will be asked to know your year of birth. Reply with your year of birth here.

Then give the details of the transaction that you have done in the last three months. As I sent money a few days ago, so I selected the send money option.

If you have not done any transaction in the last three months, then reply to no transaction.

Since I did send money to a few days ago, I have to reply with the amount of money sent last

Then you will get a notification like below.

You will then be given a new PIN code via SMS.

 

Now type * 247 #

Then ask to reset the pin code.

You will then be asked for an old PIN (recently sent via SMS).

Then reply with the old PIN given to you via SMS. Then enter the new PIN code twice.

Then your PIN code will be successfully reset.
